"So lucky to have found this hidden gem near Mountain View. We booked over a year in advance to see and experience the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. My husband brought two telescopes for the solar eclipse and the weather cooperated nicely. The photos are accurate and the house was even better than expected, very clean and had everything we needed for our 4-night stay with friends. "We arrived to such a fabulous home! The property so well maintained! It rained and was perfect with the porches. The children had a blast playing inside and out! The kitchen had most everything we needed. Left our dish by accident. We put our kayaks in and floated to the next boat ramp, where my husband picked us up. Lovely trip. My 4 year old did not want it to end. Very very happy with our trip!"

"This was the best vacation rental by far! The house was a homestead then a boarding house. There are 3 porches, and they all have a great view. The AC and all of the appliances worked. "Great kayaking. During our stay severe storm knocked out power for about 18 hours. The owner came by personally to check on us. The property manager checked in with us several times (even though they had personally lost power and damage from the storm). Overall great experience loved the cabin and plan to return. Loved the location."

"This tiny house was immaculately clean and exactly as described by the owner. It was just a few minutes from downtown and from Blanchard caverns. It was so peaceful that you could really hear the birds singing quite loudly early in the morning. I was able to feel quite safe walking my dog in the neighborhood."
