"Nice cabin with a beautiful view of a quiet lake. Very remote and private, totally surrounded by trees. Nice large deck to relax on. My two goldens loved playing in the lake and we had several campfires in the fire ring next to the lake. The fishing was ok, didn't catch many. We enjoyed our week there and would come back again.. The one drawback was there was very little cell service at the cabin or in the area so you need a satellite gps because there was no internet to run google maps. ...

"Great place on the lake and the hosts are easy to deal with. Eveeything was as good or better than advertized. We did 2 nights ans rented the pontoon. Eveeything was easy, clean and worked properly. I would definitly stay here again."

"Great place to chill for a weekend. Two kids live out of state a 3rd just moved back from another state. Together for our 40th anniversary in the mitten where we all love the outdoors. House very well equipped in kitchen, bar area, outdoor chairs and games, fire pit, dock in a pretty secluded part of Ford Lake. We brought our own boat and enjoyed beautiful weather. "The house was on a bluff on the lake. It was clean and comfortable. It was sufficiently stocked and the owner let us know what to bring before we got there. The fishing was tremendous from the provided paddle boat. We used Rebel Wee Craws in chartreuse and orange. We spent most of our time around the lily pad beds. The one thing I would recommend is screenshotting the WiFi password before your stay because you won’t have service up there and it’s not in the book so thankfully I did that.
