"Welcoming staff at check-in. Accommodation is in a great location with a lovely outdoor seating area. Room had everything we needed for an overnight stay, warm, comfortable and clean. Just two things to note, the en-suite needs a blind over the window for privacy from outdoor guests using the seating area, and the shower cubicle has mildew on the grout and tiles, which is rather off putting when stepping in to use! However, a very enjoyable stay and would use again. "

"Nice hotel in a very central area! Parking is a bit tricky since there are no real public car parks within short walking distance (for more than two hours). We stayed there at a Friday night - which is also party night. Our room was located directly above the party zone - and we really felt the beats upstairs. "The accommodation is lovely, it’s in its own little courtyard, which is accessed via the pub, which is a friendly establishment. The only downside is that in common with a lot of Ludlow, the kitchen closed at 7.30, which meant I bought a takeaway from the Chinese round the corner and they missed out on a food and drink order."

"Lovely place, rooms and public spaces immaculate. Dinner and breakfast were great. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the view from our room, we were looking out onto the kitchen roof, complete with ventilation ducts, didn’t spoil out stay but some screening would have been nice. We had a nice stay and the staff were lovely."

"An area of the bedroom carpet was very wet and we had to stand on it when accessing the wardrobe and when passing through the door. This was especially unpleasant during the night. The carpet showed no signs of drying out so the possible cause was a drainage leak from the adjacent shower room. The communal rubbish bins, located in the car park directly below the flats were overflowing with bagged and unbagged household rubbish dumped in many areas. It was likely that vermin would be attracted...
