"Alt i at meget fint, dog manglede der toiletpapir og sengene knirkede så meget at det kunne være svært at sove. Servicen kunne godt have været lidt mere hjælpsom"

"Det er rent værelse og meget hyggeligt værelse.👌👌👌100%"

"Overall, this is one of the better hotels I have stayed at in Addis Ababa. The staff are excellent, the hotel is clean, the rooms are spacious, and breakfast offers a good variety of choices. However, there are a few areas that need attention to bring the hotel up to the standard its other facilities and services suggest. The parking garage is quite tight, making it difficult to enter and exit comfortably. Improving the accessibility and maneuverability of the parking area would be helpful....

"The best part of this hotel is the staff. I was there for almost 3 weeks and the staff is so incredible kind and caring. They are the gem of this place. The hotel itself is pretty standard. They have everything you need including a very lovely spa and 2 restaurants. It gets a bit loud on the weekends because of the live music in the downstairs bar so if you are sensitive to sound, I recommend getting a room on the left side of the building - towards Bole road and away from the parking lot and...

"Clean, and nice. "

"I book this hotel because of the room photos and reviews. I'm not sure where the reviews came from but this hotel was not at all what was listed the rooms were run down. The bathroom has tooth paste on the mirror the tub/shower had soap wrapper in the drain. The balcony didn't have a city view at all. I didn't feel safe staying at this location. So don't be fooled like I was the airport shuttle didn't exist and the hotel never answered the phone"
