Room-darkening blinds in both bedrooms ensure a restful night`s sleep regardless of the hour, while thoughtful finishing touches throughout — from freshly laid towels on arrival to a kitchen stocked with tea and coffee — mean you can settle in straight away without needing to make a supermarket run.

    The generous dining space has been styled beautifully for group gatherings, with a candlelit table set for six, wine glasses ready to pour, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV nearby, making it just as fitting for a relaxed group dinner as it is for a working evening meal.     Kitchen
    The compact but well-equipped kitchenette features a hob, microwave, toaster, hot water kettle, refrigerator, freezer, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses. An in-unit washing machine makes the apartment particularly practical for longer visits or contractor stays.

    The bathroom features a sparkling glass-enclosed corner power shower with chrome fittings and a mirrored cabinet.     Extra Charges

    A cleaning fee of £50 applies per stay, covering the full end-of-stay clean of the property.

    A security deposit of £100 applies per stay and is fully refundable after the stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning needed.

    • In-stay cleaning service: If you would like a clean carried out during a longer stay, this can be arranged on request. Please inform your host in advance so this can be organised for you.


    Booking Policy

    Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.

    Guests are required to pay a damage deposit of £100 prior to check in.


    Cancellation Policy

    Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
