No city lights to obscure view of the stars here. Cows, horses, and other animals nearby make you feel like your on your own farm. Property is close to lakes, rivers, and the foothills of Appalachia. The only things we ran into was the air conditioning cut off for a while and we were cooking so it got uncomfortable for a good bit and there was no baking pan. I recommended this property to anyone. "The property was not entirely up to standards. The floor was wavy with a soft spot leading from the living area to the bedroom. Ceilings are low. There was a slight musty smell. I suspect a history of water damage. The couch is very small. The dock was not usable, even though lake was at summer pool. Half of the dock was on shore.
