"1hr late check-in to a dirty Deluxe Suite (dust) with smelly water under the floorboards (in front of the right bedstand) and a very noisy AC with moldy smell. A shame for an otherwise beautiful hotel with always smiling hotel staff. Pool bar was nice."
"Our stay at Mövenpick Bintan was an absolute delight, striking the ideal balance between pure relaxation for parents and endless entertainment for kids."
"Enjoy our stay here. The staff’s hospitality is top notch. Keeping in touch with you on all your needs, they can arrange.
You don’t really need to leave the hotel area as you can enjoy most of your time in it.
The spa is really good! Hands down one of our fav."
"Location: only 5minutes from ferry terminal
Resort: Staff super friendly and helpful. Like the vibe on the resort and I feel very relax staying here.
Restaurant: food is nice and the waitress also very friendly and helpful.
Will definitely come back again!"
"I booked Alltrue Hotel Bintan after leaving another hotel due to safety concerns, and I’m glad I did.
The hotel felt much safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. The room condition was much better, and I was able to finally settle down properly for my solo trip. As a solo traveller, feeling safe in the room is very important, and Alltrue gave me that peace of mind.
It may not be a beach resort, but it works well as a comfortable base in Tanjung Pinang.
What stood out most was the service....
