"I actually like everything: clean, beautiful, with a lot of entertainment for kids as well as adults. Nice sea, very clean and not too shallow. Good food, kind and helpful staff. Kids club is quite big and there are a lot of activities. Shella from kids club is amazing with kids! Aysa and Desi ( sorry if I my spelling is wrong) are very kind and nice with kids as well. "1hr late check-in to a dirty Deluxe Suite (dust) with smelly water under the floorboards (in front of the right bedstand) and a very noisy AC with moldy smell. A shame for an otherwise beautiful hotel with always smiling hotel staff. Pool bar was nice."
"Room was spotless, pools well kept and Strawbella staff wonderful, al acarte dining options broad and buffet was good. All staff were wonderful. Hotel organised driver for full day tour and Rio was also exceptional. So many seating options throughout the resort"
"Virkelig et skønt sted med det sødeste personale, lækker mad, flotte omgivelser. Alt er 100% perfekt. Spa og deres massage kan varmt anbefales. Housekeeping holder alt meget rent og pænt og kommer med ekstra vand og snacks i løbet af dagen. Der er flere restauranter på resortet og alt vi fik serveret var utroligt lækkert. Morgenmaden er kæmpe buffet, men du kan også få omelet, pandekager, frisk frugt, supper, ja, alt man kan drømme om. Der arrangeres ture, og vi var på sejltur i mangrove floden....
