Excellent hotel with breakfast a la carte
Excellent service, Perfect location and very Nice room. The possibility for breakfast a la carte is very noticeable: you don’t have to buy a full breakfast (25€), but Can stay on say yoghurt and granola and just pay for that. Further the in-house bodega serves an excellent tasting menu, not far from the upstairs Michelin restaurant.

Flot og centralt hotel
Et flot hotel med komfortable værelser lige ved den gamle bydel. Ankommer man i bil skal man være opmærksom på at parkering sker på en betalings plads ca 500 m fra hotellet.

Fantastisk hotel lidt skuffende roomservice
Fantastisk hotel. Deres superior værelser er virkelig gode. Vi var dog lidt skuffet over roomservice. Hotellet har en Michelin restaurant og en gastrobar der leverer roomservicen. Maden smagte godt men blev serveret i plast bakker med låg så indholdet var vådt og blødt. Portionerne er lidt små ift at det er hovedretter. Da vi gjorde opmærksom på vores skuffelse tog de meget flot og erkendte at vi ikke var de første der havde været skuffet. De halverede regningen for roomservice.

Et rigtigt dejligt hotel, med noget meget hjælpsomt og venligt personale. Det gælder både i reception, cafe og på restauranten. Værelset var pænt og i moderne design, som var lækkert at være i.

This is a nice hotel in close proximity to the historical area of Bilbao. It is modern with interesting architecture. The staff is friendly and helpful. One can stay here and walk to most attractions in the area with ease. If walking is not possible, there is a public transportation station in close proximity to the hotel. The staff will help visitors navigate the public transportation system. La Bodega de Ola is a nice feature of this hotel. It is a restaurant that is modern and well designed. The food and wine are excellent. There were two staff members of note. One young woman who worked at breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Another young woman who worked the bar in the evening was very helpful with reviewing the wine list. Both people made my stay enjoyable.

The front desk people are absolutely wonderful! Helpful, able to help us in English, and offering us a river view. We loved the room and the view. The Bistro had great breakfasts and a wonderfully delightful waitress. We will recommend this to others.

Excellent hospitality and service! The hotel is beautiful- the views onto the river are splendid and rooms are quiet/soundproofed. The desk service is the best we’ve experienced and the hotel bar and snacks are not to be missed!

スタッフがとても親切で感じがよかったです。ホテル内にあるレストランはミシュラン一つ星ですし、バルも良かったです。全体としてデザイン性が高く、お部屋も過ごしやすかったです。立地は旧市街に隣接、グッゲンハイムまでは徒歩で20-30分程度です。

Excellent and Comfortable Stay
The staff and hotel were excellent! The location is very convenient for walking to many sites and restaurants. The hotel is pet friendly, very much so. If with a car, a reminder to reserve for parking as well. Also, best to have a small car. Otherwise, there is a lot nearby and a discount is offered for 24 hours, which was secure and not much of a walk back to the hotel. The hotel was spacious and well-appointed, very comfortable and clean.

Excellent Hotel in Bilbao Old Town
This hotel was brilliant! Excellent location in Bilbao Old Town, this is a great base for exploring the city. Our room was clean and spacious, with comfy beds and great bathroom facilities. The staff were amazing, always happy to help, very friendly, and up for a chat about what we had been up to in the city. When we checked in we were given a map and were told all the best places to visit for sight-seeing, shopping, pintxos and drinks. 100% recommend and I will be back for sure. Thank you Hotel Tayko!

Can’t get much better
Amazing boutique hotel rivaling any 5 star chain. The staff treats each and every guest like a VIP. Check in was flawless. We arrived early and one of the rooms wasn’t ready but they took our bags and stored them in the other room. We also had delayed luggage that they kindly delivered to room while we dined in their Michelin restaurants. Rooms were fantastic, soft fluffy towels, TVs that you could cast your shows onto. Yummy snacks and water greeted us. We ate at both restaurants and they were fabulous. But my family enjoyed the bodega more. Don’t hesitate to book here it’s worth it.

Wonderful hotel
Fantastic hotel, such a treat. Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were perfectly appointed and styled. Ate at both the bodega and main restaurant and both were great, my family enjoyed the bodega more. Room 202 overlooking the river was lovely and quiet, room 208 was in the small street with a bar near by so it was a loud early on but quieted down.

Hôtel with a very good location. Modern and confortable. The access with car hasn’t been easy but we ended with finding the adress. Very big traffic around us. We have done a lot of visites by walking. Bilbao Museum was just Amazing. Staff has been very sympathic.

We stayed for two nights after a trip to San Sebastián, hotel staff were very helpful and super friendly. Hotel is very quirky being completely gutted to an high standard and restructured with new suspended walkways and very good rooms. Our river view room was quiet despite being at the front of the hotel and the location is great for the old town with its abundance of restaurants. About 20 minute to the Guggenheim along the river and 10 minutes to the main shopping area. We breakfasted in the La Ribera Market just across the road which was a great way to start the day. Ideal location, great hotel and staff, highly recommend.
