"We are so happy to have stumbled upon this property! As dog owners, we cherish times spent with our pup and our forever grateful for places that allow us to bring him. we were in studio unit number 18. The air conditioner was cold, was fast, and there wasn’t a lot of noise from outside while sleeping. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants, as well as a smooth contact free check-in process made it even better. We will definitely be back!"

"We spent a long weekend at this condo and loved it. Location on the beach with a top level view of the beach is perfect. Easy access to the beach if you don’t mind some stairs. Nice that they had a hose to rinse off your feet. Super clean. Can’t speak to kitchen supplies as we didn’t cook. "

"This was the perfect place to get good rest, be close to the beach and restaurants without al the hassle of an overpriced hotel. We’d definitely stay there again!!"

"Everything about my stay was easy and don’t let the outside fool you, the inside was very nice. Lots of space outside, beds were comfortable, kitchen & bathrooms were renovated along with the floors. Huge tvs. My friend and I throughly enjoyed our stay! :)"

"Had a great week in mid-November for beach getaway to Amelia Island. Unit is in good condition, excellent location near the beach and plenty of very good restaurants in Fernandina Beach. Would definitely stay again!"

The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close to the waterfront, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore in town. "Property and management were perfect. Everyone was so nice and the property was exceptional with easy access and beautiful of beach. "

"This condo was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The space was well-appointed, and we loved having a full kitchen and extra room to spread out. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. We’d definitely stay here again!"

Great amenities on the property. We were disappointed by the hot tub being out of commission, but they did adjust pricing for this. Overall, a great home and vacation!"

"Had a challenging stay all in all. Great staff, good breakfast buffet, decent parking and decent rooms a side from the lack of cleaning under the beds. I unfortunately had water coming from the upstairs bathroom into mine - felt like the ceiling could fall down any minute. I also had a neighbor who smoked marihuana, had loud music on, yelling and screaming. It took several warnings before they got kicked out of their room. That’s not good when you bring a toddler and an infant. Fair play to the hotel for refunding one of my nights. But all in all, a challenging stay."
