My reservation was lost in the cloud, and after a long drive from MN everyone was exhausted and ready to get to the room! Once everything was figured out they gifted us an upgrade! Can not rave enough about the amazing customer service!"

"Yes the host was friendly and very helpful. Our dog was happy in the back yard area and we loved the proximity to the beach! We walked several times a day !! The full moon was a bonus as well. "The property was phenomenal. The host was amazing as well and had amazing communication. There was not an overwhelming amount of “extra” decor, making the property feel like a true home. I recommend this property 100%. It is in the middle of Jacksonville, so there are many places near when we stayed. The cleaners also did an amazing job, everything was set up beautifully, and there was more than enough supplies given. Thank you for the beautiful experience."

"Had a challenging stay all in all. Great staff, good breakfast buffet, decent parking and decent rooms a side from the lack of cleaning under the beds. I unfortunately had water coming from the upstairs bathroom into mine - felt like the ceiling could fall down any minute. I also had a neighbor who smoked marihuana, had loud music on, yelling and screaming. It took several warnings before they got kicked out of their room. That’s not good when you bring a toddler and an infant. Fair play to the hotel for refunding one of my nights. But all in all, a challenging stay."
