"All rooms are ‘pets welcome’, even though website and hotels.com said otherwise - and we chose the hotel because it had rooms where quote: ‘pets are not permitted in these rooms’. For an allergic person that makes it a pretty terrible stay. The staff tried to find a room that was tolerable, but since all rooms have had pets in them, that wasn’t possible. And it was so noisy, my boyfriend had loop quiet earplugs and noise-cancelling headphones on, and he was still woken up all night by slamming...
