☆ Inside Amenities: Our 3,267-square-foot home has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The open-concept kitchen is designed to bring people together, featuring lake views, modern appliances, and three separate seating areas, perfect for meal preparation, casual dining, or simply gathering with loved ones. Unwind in the cozy living room, equipped with a 60-inch smart TV, a wood-burning firepit, and plenty of plush seating to relax after a day out.



☆ Game Room: The game room promises endless fun with a pool table, dartboard, corn hole and ample space for friendly competitions.



☆ Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: King bed with a 60-inch smart TV

Additional Loft: Provides extra space and flexibility for families, we do have an extra air mattress and infant pack & play available for guests.



All four bedrooms are located in a converted loft space upstairs, creating a quiet and private area for rest. With two full bathrooms available, guests have all the amenities they need for a comfortable stay.



☆ Outdoor Space: The home’s 12,800 sq. ft. lot offers ample space for outdoor enjoyment. Gather around the propane firepit in the yard for evenings under the stars, or enjoy a morning coffee as you watch the lake views.



☆ Hot Tub & Steam Room: For added luxury, take advantage of our private steam room located in the side yard—a true retreat in itself or indulge in our hot tub after a long day on the slopes.

*Please note our steam room may be turned off during snowfall so that our pipes do not freeze, please contact us with questions.



☆ Additional Details: For your convenience, the home includes a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee, tea, and sweeteners, as well as a tea kettle. A reverse osmosis filtered water system is installed in the house, providing clean, great-tasting drinking water. A washer and dryer are available for guest use, with laundry supplies included.



☆ Family friendly: Being parents of young kids ourselves, we know how hard traveling can be sometimes, we have really tried our best to accommodate young families. We have a pack N plays, sound machine and crib sheets available. Plastic plates, bowls, cups, sippy cups and kids spoons, knives and forks, Kids toys, books, games and puzzles for the whole family to enjoy.



☆ Pet-Friendly Stays- We’re happy to welcome your furry friends — dogs only — for $150 per pet, per stay. You may bring one dog up to 60 lbs or two small dogs with a combined weight under 60 lbs. The pet fee helps cover the extra cleaning needed for pet hair. Please note: if additional messes (such as urine or accidents) are left behind, an extra $200 cleaning charge will apply. We kindly ask that you clean up after your pup and avoid leaving pets unattended in the home, as barking can sometimes disturb our neighbors. Additional pet fees (plus tax) will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Please let us know in advance if you’ll be traveling with a pet — we can’t wait to host your whole family!



☆ Not Fully Fenced: While the yard is spacious, it is not fully enclosed, so it’s not suitable for leaving young children or pets unattended outdoors.



☆ Park Proximity & Activity: Our home is conveniently located just across the street from Meadow Park—great for families and outdoor lovers. However, please note that during weekends, holidays, or peak seasons, the park can be active and lively, with sounds from sports games and gatherings often continuing into the early evening (typically no later than 9 PM). If you`re seeking complete silence throughout the day, this may not be the right fit.



☆ Lake View & Access: While our property offers partial lake views, they are interrupted by power lines, and there is no direct access to the lakefront from the backyard. We recommend enjoying nearby lake access points just a short drive or walk away for a true lakeside experience. We believe in setting the right expectations so you can fully enjoy your stay. ☆ Heating/Cooling: While there is central heating and a wood burning fire place, please note that there is no air conditioning which is extremely common in Big Bear as it tends to be cooler year round, there is a mountain breeze that is beautiful when staying in the summer months.



☆ TRAVELING IN WINTER: CalTrans can mandate all vehicles to carry snow chains between November 1st and April 30th. Chains are sold at most auto supply shops, hardware stores, and some convenience stores. We will not be held responsible and do not issue refunds if the city doesn`t allow you up the mountain because your vehicle does not have snow chains.



☆ Parking: Please note that the garage is unavailable, but there is ample driveway parking.



☆ Guest Access: As our valued guests, you will have full and exclusive access to all areas of our property, ensuring a private and uninterrupted experience. Enjoy the spaciousness and comfort of the entire house, including all four bedrooms, the kitchen with its stunning lake views, the cozy living area, the game room with a pool table, and the outdoor spaces like the front yard for apple picking and the side yard with the private steam room.

*Please note, the only exception is the garage. It remains locked and is used for storing the owner`s supplies. We appreciate your understanding in this regard and assure you that every other part of this beautiful property is yours to explore and enjoy during your stay.
