"Lovely stay for 1 week in August with our spaniel, communication great with operator and staff very friendly. The site was clean, tidy and generally well maintained, the only point to note is the part built wing of the development 'under construction' which appears to have been in its current unfinished state for sometime; although unsightly and the only downside to the acomodation, this definitely did not spoil our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. "

Also plenty of amenities in the area ie shops, bakerery and places to eat and drink. We also found it to be quite easy to visit lot's of places around North Devon and Cornwall."

"We had 2 wonderful weeks at this property. The location was fantastic as was the view. It was very well equipped and comfortable. There were plenty of places to eat in or takeaway or just sit for coffee. A couple of minor problems were quickly resolved by the agent. Easily accessible and with parking underground secure. Only minor complaint was the towels provided which were well past their sell-by date. (We went a bought a couple of bath towels for £15.)"

"Lauren provided excellent details on how to access the car park and property ahead of arrival. The apartment was excellent too - clean and comfortable and had everything you need for home from home living. Westward Ho! is a charming destination with good restaurants and a lovely beach. We will return for another holiday next year. "

"Great to have a spotless and large apartment with a parking space and yet so close to the village and the waterfront."

"Excellent property with two full double bedrooms and a wonderful view from the top of a three-storey building onto the mouth of two rivers (facing eastward, just as the photo says). We loved every minute we were in the property. The town has several nice pubs and a charming coffee shop within 200-300 metres walking (jam session music on Sunday nights in very nearby pub (Beaver Inn, but no sound in apartment). Overnight parking on nearby street is free but costs something (£9?) on nearby big...

"The apartment is easy to find, and parking is within a few yards of the door. The apartment was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you could possibly need, and felt like a real home as opposed to a holiday let. Everything is good quality with little expense spared in fitting it out. The location is spectacular, with great views across the estuary. We went out of season but in warmer weather the balcony would be a great spot to sit. Good quality balcony furniture is provided. The Tarka...

"I have been coming to Instow for the last 68 years, we have stayed in various places and you cannot fault this property for its view, fabulous and one which I shall remember. Your property was warm and welcoming. The lift was very useful especially for taking the luggage upstairs. There was nothing which we didn’t like about the property, although a working shower would have been useful and maybe a comments book. We look forward to year 69. Thank you. "
