"The recliner in the room came in very handy. The shower floor flooded every time the shower was used. The drains did not prevent that (handicap shower)"

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It was nice having the coffee and breakfast included in the stay . I was able to go get some coffee when I woke up and that was the best ."

"Room was clean. The only redeeming quality of this place. The key system is totally disfunctional. It took the maintenance man 6 times to open my door so I was afraid to leave after that. Groups of men hanging out on the balconies, empty shopping carts in the parking lot. I didn’t feel safe"

"We choose this hotel because of the average score on hotels.com. What a disappointment. 4,5 score is not close to what you get. We stay in many hotels in a year, and this hotel is a typical 3 star hotel. Breakfast big disappointment unless you like unhealthy food. Pool area ok and fitness room also, but that it what is positive about this stay"

"Værelset var mindre end tilsvarende standard i USA men ok. Larm fra elevator selvom vi boede længst muligt væk nede af gangen. Personalet i receptionen var ikke videre imødekommende men personalet i morgenmadsrestauranten var meget venlig og der var en fin buffet."

"It served its basic purpose, but during my 2-day stay: one of the two elevators was out of use for about 12 hours, only two of four toaster openings worked, one of four juice dispensers was out of order, and the free wifi required signing-in every few hours. The towels were also on the ratty side. It was not terrible, but I don’t intend to return."

"Nothing was as shown or described. There was no TV to watch . There was a small flat screen TV that sat on a small coffee table, unplugged, with no where to plug it in. There was only one outlet in the entire room, which had an old tiny mini refrigerator plugged in and so that I could plug in my phone charger. The room was not even the room advertised. It was a tiny room, not swept or vacuumed, no top sheet on the bed, broken window taped up, along with the broken blinds. There was absolutely no...
