"The location was rural and quiet and we had a generous sized room. The host was welcoming and very helpful, offering an excellent breakfast. We would certainly recommend it. The only downside for us was that the bed was very firm and we did not sleep well, but that may not be a problem for others."

"Room (junior double) was ok if a bit rough around the edges, and could do with a refresh though we had a lovely sea view. Good job we are on the smaller side as the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. Didn't use any facilities of the hotel apart from the breakfast room, and have to say what a good breakfast it was - we didn't need to eat again until the evening! Hotel is well placed for Llandudno Town, pier and the Great Orme. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and we would consider staying here...

"We enjoyed our stay at Ty Newed very much. The House is old, but everything is functional and clean. Nice breakfast and a very welcoming host. The location is perfect in the middle of the old village. There are 2 pubs serving Nice traditional food and a small grocery in town. Don’t miss an afternoon beer in th garden of the Old Ship pub ! We did some fantastic mountain hikes directly from the House, as well as walking along the river to Llanwrst with the old Roman Bridge with the Tea House. ...

"Our stay was lovely. Dan and Wei were great and the establishment was ideal to walk into town. Our room had everything that was required and Dan did mention that the next time we go, which we will, to book a bigger room. Lounge, bar and dining area very spacious. Breakfast was again excellent with huge choice....put us up for the day !! Car park right next door which was roomy and secure. Outside you could also sit on the patio - plenty of seats. Everything kept clean. All staff polite....

"Vi blev indlogeret på et lille kammer klods op af køkkenet. Værelset havde ingen vinduer, hvilket betød meget dårlig luft om natten, og når man trådte ind på værelsen, trådte man på det nærmeste direkte ind i sengen. Både værelse og badeværelse var fyldt med spindelvæv i alle krogene og ved ankomsten manglede toiletartikler. Hotellet er ligger ved den fantastiske promenade og i god afstand til centrum."

"Quite near to the centre, very clean room, #9 me & daughter stayed in, room with it's own courtyard, although I didn't use the courtyard much, it's a very nice touch to the property. Great stay all in all."
