Sea Colony guest badges are mandatory for all renters and guests ages 4 and older. A valid badge is necessary to access recreational facilities and amenities at Sea Colony, including the private beach, indoor and outdoor pools*, tennis and pickleball courts (reservations required), amenities at the West Lake Activity Center* and Aquatic Center*, the Edgewater exercise room, Freeman Fitness Center, and the Sea Colony Tram Transportation System*. Badges for all guests must be purchased upon arrival at Sea Colony and are available at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe, located at 33548 Market Place, Unit #4, Bethany Beach, DE 19930.
Please bring your rental contract and owner authorization letter, as these documents are required to purchase badges.

Town of Bethany Beach Parking Passes
1-Day, 3-Day, and 7-Day digital parking passes are available for purchase and can be used in any pay-to-park space, except on Garfield Parkway. Pay-to-park is enforced from mid-May to mid-September. Passes can be purchased for same-day use or in advance.
