"This was a fun and cool place to stay for a couple nights while exploring Eureka Springs. The kitchen facilities are spare but adequate with a 2 burner cook top (no oven). The place is compact but the pictures accurately show the conditions and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The unit is nicely furnished and decorated. We were a little surprised at how close the unit is to the highway and we had the misfortune to have booked our time during Eureka Springs' Spring Fling which brought lots and lots...

"Nice place. Nothing fancy and the reasonable price reflects that. The wall air conditioner kept the rooms very cold in a 100 degree heat wave. Clean floors. Okay bed and nice bedding. Very good place to stay on a budget"

"Darling quaint small property for 2. Nice and clean with great location!! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchenette is a big plus! The a/c is only in the bedroom, which at 95-100 degrees in Arkansas is a bit lacking for those who prefer a cooler space. Any other time of year it would be grand! A little ventilation in the bath would be a big help. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again in cooler months! The owner is great and easy to communicate with. Affordable as well as...
