This is your bright and thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area of Berlin-Rudow, just minutes from BER Airport.



Perfect for up to 6 guests, offering a balance of comfort, space, and calm surroundings - while still being well connected to the city.



The Space:

The apartment combines a clean, modern feel with cozy elements:

• Fully equipped kitchen

• Modern bathroom



*Please note that one of the bedrooms is located in the upper gallery and can only be accessed via a steep wooden staircase.

While many younger guests and families enjoy the unique loft-style layout, it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.



The lower bedroom features a double bed (140 cm), while the upper gallery offers two single beds (90 cm each), which can be arranged together or separately.

The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for daily cooking, including dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and more.



Guest Access:

Check-in is fully contactless - access is via a keybox PIN code at the front door of the house.

From there, you proceed to the apartment on the upper level.

Self check-in is possible at any time after 4PM.



**Early Access**



To maintain our quality standards, we require a preparation window between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on arrival days.



If the apartment is ready earlier, we will gladly offer a complimentary early check-in and inform you proactively.



Guests who require a **guaranteed early check-in** may book this option for a service fee, which covers the additional resources needed for an expedited cleaning and inspection process.

• Please use our Wi-Fi responsibly - streaming and work are great, but downloading restricted content is not allowed under German law.

• This is a non-smoking apartment - our smoking guests are welcome to enjoy a break in the front garden.



We value respect and a peaceful stay for everyone.

Please note that guests who disregard our house rules or disturb others may have their reservation cancelled without refund.
