Espera - 2 bedrooms and terrace in Friedrichshain

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

This cozy 108 square meters unique property is adorned with homey wooden touches and geometric wall patterns in accordance to the grassland theme of the apartment. Check out Berlin's world renowned art and alternative scene right outside the front door. Located in Friedrichshain, Espera is in the heart of Berlin's former East Block close to the Spree River. With so much to see and so much to do, make sure you have the perfect home to come back to.

There are 2 bedrooms, both artfully designed and classily furnished. Both bedrooms feature queen size beds for maximum relaxation and wide windows to let air to circulate in the space. One bedroom also has a dedicated workstation as a touch of being both cute and utile. The 1 bathroom has been recently refurbished with a modern touch. Drawing on a spa-like ambiance, guests are encouraged to make use of Espera’s bathtub.

The living room benefits from light flooding in from the balcony. The balcony sitting area has double doors, so guests can enjoy the space in both the summer and winter. Espera also showcases a rustic wooden table, a full entertainment system, and a dedicated workstation in the living room.

The kitchen is furnished with all cooking appliances and utensils. Through the doors of the kitchen guests will find a large terrace, perfect for sitting outside to enjoy a freshly cooked meal on a hot summer day. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
