Perfekt placering
Lille fint hotel - beliggende helt centralt i den gamle bydel. Små værelser og badeværelse, - men passende i fht. pris og behov. Fint udsyn og udsigt fra værelset. Morgenmad 👍

Dyrt, dårlig stand og uvenligt personale.
Il sole ligger super centralt, men det er også der eneste positive vi kan sige. Ved ankomsten var nogle søde piger og derefter var personalet ellers uvenligt og ligegyldigt overfor os. Vi var 2 timer om at blive serveret 1 ret i restauranten - uinteressante retter. Nætterne var frygtlig varme og pga tordenvejr smækkede vinduesskodderne op og i, de kunne ikke fastgøres. Der er ventilation i loftet, der larmer med frygtelige skiftende hyletoner. Døren til toilettet kunne ikke lukkes, den var for stor og der var skimmel i badeværelsesloftet. Vi afkortede vores ophold og hotellet har forsøgt at afbooke efterfølgende umiddelbart for at undgå dårlig bedømmelse. Vi glemte desværre at tage billeder.

Hyggeligste hotel med fantastisk beliggenhed.
Det hyggeligste hotel lige midt i Bergamos gamle by. Fantastiske senge, vi havde den flotteste udsigt fra værelset af, og personalet er smilende og imødekommende. En KÆMPE anbefaling herfra, og helt sikkert et hotel vi kommer til at benytte igen.

What a gem of a spot. Step out the door and you are in the heart of old Bergamo. The small hotel rests in an old structure dating back hundreds of years, so one should not expect "luxury" but a sweet experience in a historical location.

Stayed here bed and breakfast in a double room with small balcony on 24 March 2024 for 3 nights. What an absolute gem of a place. Perfect position in the old town. Right in the centre. Immaculate restaurant/bar area/ breakfast room. Beautiful fresh food and The staff are the nicest Ive ever known. The rooms are very clean,warm and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Coffee was amazing. Step straight out of the hotel into the main square. Perfect. Book it you wont regret it.

Di meglio non mi poteva capitare. Personale attento e gentilissimo. Hotel pulito e centralissimo. Praticamente in Piazza Vecchia, cuore di Bergamo Alta. Colazione di eccellente qualità: prodotti freschi. Salumi eccellenti. La camera era ampia e silenziosa. Molto ben riscaldata. Frigo in camera con due bottigline di acqua in omaggio. Non c'è ascensore ma le scale sono pochissime e il personale ti aiuta con i bagagli. C'è la possibilità di lasciare le valige fino alla partenza. Check out comodo. E come se non bastasse: il caffè è eccellente. L'ambiente è confortevole e gradevole. Recentemente rinnovato. E anche il ristorante è ottimo. Cucinano benissimo. Grazie a tutti. Tornerò...

Amazing location
Had an amazing stay at Il Sole. Rooms are small, but very charming with everything you need. The location is 10/10, right in the heart of the old city of Citta Alta. The employees are very polite and service-minded. Overall, great stay. Will return and would fully recommend!

Great location in the old town with good food options . Standard room was small but had everything you’d need for s short stay and location was superb so this made up for it. Free water a lovely touch. Had a great stay.

Perfect central location in old town.Staff really helpful . Room was good size , clean fresh decor. Would stay again .

Nice property, staff was very accommodating and friendly. We got a room with a double bed and a single bed and the room was spacious. If you drive you have to park in a parking garage a couple blocks a way. Call the hotel before hand and they can make a reservation in the parking garage for you. You will need to pay the parking garage 25€ a day. However you can stop at the hotel first and drop off your baggage and then go park. The hotel is right in the center and you’re able to walk around and see the sights of Bergamo. Lovely
