"This was just an amazing hotel! Great staff who payed alot of attention to the small details, and they were just so friendly and helpful. Also nice clean and cozy rooms and a delicious freshly made breakfeast. The area close to the hotel was also good with many restaurants and close to the beach. Thanks again for a great stay!"

Check-in was easy, we arrived past midnight (no problem with that) we got a key and we could go to bed. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.
The breakfast consist of bread, pastry with cheese, cucumber, tomato, olives, jam and tahin. Simply but nice. Specially when there is a lot of people at the hotel, because then you get the breakfast at a buffet otherwise you get a plate (and the plate was ready when we came 9.30 and the breakfast started at 8.00,...

"We would like to start by thanking you for a wonderful stay at your hotel. The location, the beautiful surroundings, and the friendly and welcoming staff made our holiday a truly enjoyable experience. The food was also absolutely delicious, and we generally felt very comfortable throughout our stay.
However, we are writing to make you aware of an issue we unfortunately encountered during our visit. We had to change rooms due to mold, which was handled well by the staff. Towards the end of our stay, however, we noticed that there was also some mold beginning to appear in the new room. As it was close to our departure, we chose not to bring it up at the time, but we did mention it upon checkout, as we didn’t want to switch rooms again.
We hope you take this feedback in the constructive spirit in which it is intended, as we would very much like to recommend your hotel to others – and perhaps even return ourselves one day. We simply feel it is important that the issue with mold is taken seriously, as it can affect both the guests’ experience and their health.

"Fantastic hotel with excellent service, great facilities, and various pool options.
The staff were kind and helpful, and gave us a tour upon arrival.
Unfortunately, the kids’ area was not yet completed, but a small playground had been set up for the children.
There was some noise due to construction of a new hotel right next door, but it was manageable.
There were a few bazaars missing in the area, although Land of Legends is located just across the street — but it was a bit on the expensive side"

We had a truly enjoyable stay at Concorde Deluxe and can highly recommend the hotel. Compared to many other resorts we’ve visited, it’s more compact – which turned out to be a big advantage. Everything is within easy walking distance, making the experience much more convenient and relaxing.
The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and the service throughout the hotel was of a high standard. The staff were welcoming and professional, and we felt well taken care of from the very beginning. The food was generally of great quality – among the best we’ve had at similar hotels.
The selection of beverages, especially alcoholic drinks, was impressive. There were plenty of options, and the beer bar was definitely one of the highlights – easily one of the best we’ve seen at any hotel.
The kids’ club met all expectations. The staff were dedicated and incredibly kind to the children. While a few areas could benefit from being refreshed with new equipment or activities, this was a minor detail and didn’t affect the overall positive experience.
All in all, we were very satisfied with our stay. Concorde Deluxe succeeds in combining quality, excellent service, and a well-organized layout – and we would happily return."
"Upon arrival the minibar was empty and was only filled once the entire week we stayed there. Only got cleaning of room one time on day 5. Speakers located right next to kids pool area. Too loud overall. Would prefer to drive 20 minutes more to Kirman in Side as service was much better here last year. "
