Home was clean and fully stocked with all we needed for an MTB vacation...with plenty of room to store our bikes and relax in the hottub after a long day on the trails. Our son especially loved being able to use the strider bike, and we loved the convenience of being able to walk downtown. We loved that it was a short ride to the slaughter pen trails. "We booked the location for our family of 5 for a 17u baseball tournament weekend in the greater Bentonville area. The location was perfect. Centrally located with easy access to downtown Bentonville. The house had all the amenities we needed to have a great experience. Recharging at the end of each day in the Arkansas heat was easy. We would highly recommend this property."

The accomidations were inviting and very comfortable. Just a heads up...bring your own coffee, condiments, and bathing necessities. Some VRBO's supply these things. It was still well worth the stay!
