Mural House B : North Bentonville On The Trails

The Mural House "B" is located in North Bentonville perfectly centered halfway between Downtown and Slaughter Pen! Sit on the covered back deck, dip in the hot tub, enjoy the firepit & watch bikers zip by on Tristan's Trail right behind the house. Then when you're ready to join the fun, ride right out the driveway, down the hill and you're in the middle of OZ biking paradise! Not here for the biking? Enjoy close proximity to I-49 (1 mi), Bentonville Square (2.5 mi) & Crystal Bridges (3.5) mi.

As you walk up the front porch steps turn right on the porch to side "B" where you'll access the unit with a wifi smart lock code.

Walking into the home you're greeted with new renovations, nicely updated finishings and a modern decor style. If you gravitate to the left you'll find the fully stocked kitchen with all you'll need for your cooking and baking needs. Enjoy some fresh coffee on us with Keurig and drip coffee.

Beyond the kitchen you'll enter into your open concept dining/living area. Our dining area seats 6 comfortably at the table. The living area is very bright with beautiful natural light pouring in from the large window and full light back door. Cozy up on the sectional sofa with plenty of soft throw blankets and stream from your own accounts on the large 70" smart TV or enjoy a puzzle or game with the group.

From the living area you can access the newly built covered back deck and expanded uncovered portion with views of the mountain biking trails and beautiful Ozark mountains. The back deck is a great hang spot with plenty of seating, propane firepit, and a charcoal grill to cook up a sizzling steak (bring your own charcoal/lighter fluid). There is a private 8-person hot tub on the lower deck, that is perfect for winding down for the evening.

Back inside you'll find 3 spacious bedrooms all with fresh linens and plush pillows. The back bedroom has private deck access, a king size bed & smart TV for streaming from your own accounts. This bedroom also has a private en-suite full bath stocked with fresh towels and shower soaps. The middle bedroom we call the 'bunk room" has a bunk with 2 twins, smart TV for the kids to stream their favorite shows from and a cozy leather chair for relaxing. The front bedroom has a cozy queen size bed. The front bedroom and bunk room share the hallway full bath that's loaded with plenty of fresh towels as well as shower soaps.

The Mural House "B" is the perfect spot for anyone looking to explore all the Bentonville has to offer! We look forward to hosting you!

*Guests will have access to the entire home and all amenities. Front porch, back porch, & yard area.

*We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.

*Be sure to remember to bring charcoal and lighter fluid as we do not provide them.

*All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.

*We offer lockable bike storage in the carport closet that stores about 4-5 bikes depending on size

*The Mural House has two separate units, side "A" and side "B".

*We offer then entire unit to be booked for larger groups so reach out if you are looking for both sides.

*The parking area is shared with the other units guest so please be courteous and obey the parking rules.

*Complimentary Level II EV charging with Tesla universal charger. Includes Magic Dock for NACS and J1772 charging. The EV Charger is shared with the other unit.

*I am always available for guests via messaging and in case of urgent needs can have someone available in person.

*Mural House is located on a quiet street in a prime location to all things Bentonville!

*Expect quiet peaceful views off the back deck while you enjoy the wooded view and seeing bikers ride along the Tristan Trail behind the house.

*There are a number of amazing restaurants within minutes (some even walkable) of the house so if you're not up for cooking you'll have great eats!

*Bike trail access is about 300 feet from the front door and Bentonville is extremely bike friendly so bike wherever you'd like.

*If you're wanting to give your legs a break don't fret because there is ample parking throughout all of the hot spots in Bentonville.
