Groceries were not a problem, as there is a Walmart in the middle of downtown. We never had any communication with the owner(s), but did not need to. The instructions for entry and checkout were very clear, and their contact information was provided. We expected a multi-story building, but this is many units on one level; each with its own parking...

"The location and size were exactly what we were looking for. We were traveling with another couple and the 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment was perfect. We were not planning to do any cooking and wanted to be able to walk to restaurants. This location was perfect, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, just steps from the door. The decor was exquisite. "The property itself is beautiful and in a great setting. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance. The jacuzzi tub was dirty upon arrival and did not work properly (jacuzzi would not turn on and water kept draining), which was especially frustrating since it was the main reason we booked. The bathroom sink was also clogged and sprayed water on you when turned on. The floor had a sticky substance with black hair all in it & rug was dirty, the coffee pot and even ceiling...

"Great location and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. On game day, it really helped to be walking distance to the stadium and to our son’s fraternity house. Our host was very responsive, even when I couldn’t find the remote for the a/c that was right where it was supposed to be. :)"
