"I stayed for a long weekend with three friends and we all had a great time. There are a few wineries and restaurants within walking distance. Parking was easy and the house was clean and looked just like the pictures. "

The property is in a fantastic location very close to downtown but set back in a quiet neighborhood with deer who visited the backyard in the morning."

"This property is very clean, very quiet, in a walkable neighborhood, close to historic downtown. Frank has supplied everything for a comfortable stay and replies very quickly when contacted. We would definitely choose this home again!"

"Stay was great! The place is clean and spacious and we were able to make great use of the pool and hot tub. The only minor qualm I had was that when I asked Dan if we could check in an hour or two early, he said “yes, early check in might work” and then the day of reminded me to strictly adhere to the original check in time. However, obviously this was mostly a non issue and the stay was an excellent time nonetheless. Would DEFINITELY recommend this VRBO. "

"Fantastic house loved the layout. Perfect for our son and family of four, and donating with our three dogs. Beautiful morning’s drinking coffee on the deck looking out at the river and redwoods. Enjoyed eating dinners at the table on deck. Enjoyed kayaking , especially the grandsons. Great communication with owner who answered all our questions quickly. Would definitely say here again."

"Great place to celebrate family members birthdays and Mother’s Day. Excellent location in Sonoma County close to wineries and easy access to SFO and Santa Rosa Airports. Walking distance to a great coffee shop and two wine tasting rooms. Nice large fenced area with pool, jacuzzi, outdoor grill and gathering area. We also enjoyed the covered front porch for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors."
