While the property itself is lovely, with lush gardens and a great restaurant onsite, be forewarned that the top floor of this hotels turns into a club most evenings. I wouldn't have minded if it was properly soundproofed and didn't disturb hotel guests, but that certainly wasn't the case. It's quite loud and even from 5 floors away, the music was very noticeable. Moreover, after 8/9pm, the lobby and surrounding areas are packed with club-goers lining up to get in. Ultimately, not a very relaxing stay at all...

Old building and everything inside the room falling apart. Bathrooms are 1 star — not clean, mold everywhere and water clogged. BTW I had booked a Premium Room with Pool View, but pool was not visible from the room!!

A great property but undermotivated staff

The property is a nice one. However, check in was a mess. It took 40 mins to give a room despite calling them ahead and checking in at 5 pm instead of 12 noon. The restaurant could not give us any of the drinks we ordered. The staff were most unhelpful. Attitude was one of don't care.

Don’t even think of booking this property I tried reaching Expedia and couldn’t get resolution Property is in centre of city and costs less Costs less because of quality of service and amenities. Room is old and shower area is very small Breakfast is pathetic and dinner is also average Had issues with noise as they let out open area for parties and have a Disco you will hear loud music till .12, If you want quiet atmosphere please avoid this place Very disappointed with FrontDesk had faced issues very minimal courtesy of being host and treating guests

Covid time
The hotel was quite empty and the only one restaurant was open due to restriction. ( 24 hour one). Nonetheless service was very good and very friendly. A very plesant hotel and has a lovely green gardens near pool.

Poor Service For A Heritage Hotel in BLR
The service at the hotel was very poor. We had to call the service atleast 3-4 times for anything. The food is overpriced and not upto the mark. Didn't seem like a 5 star property. There was a wedding taking place due to which many areas of the hotel were blocked for other hotel guests which is not fair.

落ち着く良いホテル
チェックインもスムースで、またスタッフの方も親切でした。私の部屋は静かで落ち着いていましたが、バーに近いところの部屋は結構音楽の音が聞こえてきたとのことでした。 11時半を過ぎるとホテルのレストランのアルコール類は提供できない州の条例があるようですので、すこし遅めのチェックインの場合には、部屋で飲むしかありません。部屋の冷蔵庫が入っているところに鍵にかかったいるので、フロントに頼まないといけません。

This hotel needs to upgrade its facilities and infrastructure. There were many things that needs to be upgraded. The shower area leaks water and wets the floor. The room I was given was not carpeted which is unusual for a hotel of this claimed standard. The most disappointing thing for me was that I was given a 5th floor room. On my 2nd night there was loud thumping music coming from a party on the 6th floor roof top well past midnight. The front office could do nothing about it when I complained. In short, I was told that I had to put up with it till about 1 am because the party people have a licence to make noise till then. This is not what I expect from a 5 star hotel.
