Second-floor - Riverfront Condo Near Downtown Bend

This elegantly simple, 2nd floor condo is perched on the edge of the Deschutes River, offering magnificent views from the patio and easy access to the scenic river trails. Stroll 10 minutes along the path to get to the heart of downtown Bend where you’ll find delicious restaurants and local breweries. You’ll never be bored with your included access to the indoor heated pool and hot tub! This unit sleeps up to 4, has 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a fireplace, AC, and a large flat-screen TV.



The Space:

Welcome to condo Unit 220/221, otherwise known as "View and Far Between", here at Bend Riverside Rentals. This lovely little condo sleeps up to two guests and offers a full kitchen set up with a stove/oven, microwave, full size refrigerator and dishwasher! In the main living area you will find a table, a beautiful fireplace, and large flatscreen tv! 



This unit is much like your own little apartment, with a bedroom area that can be closed off via lockable communicating door. The bedroom area includes a queen-sized bed and bathroom for your comfort. The space actually offers 2 full bathrooms in total, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo.



This condo is located on the second floor with a river view, so sit out on the balcony to enjoy the views with your morning coffee or afternoon wine! We are a short 10 minute walk to the heart of downtown and Pioneer Park is adjacent to us! 



Basic cable will be provided in the rooms, that means your basic set up of analog channels. You are, however, most certainly welcome to bring your own streaming device, all tv's in our units are flat screen with HDMI hook ups (HDMI cords not included in room). And don't forget your swimsuits! Our indoor heated pool and hot tub are open daily!



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There is a laundry room on the property, which is open from 9am-10pm daily, same goes as the pool.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are steps required to access the unit.

Getting Around:

You are on the edge of downtown Bend, so once you get here you don't necessarily need to use your car. Everything you need is in walking distance.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



This condo is not pet-friendly. No animals or pets of any kind will be brought into non-pet rooms. Violations are subject to $250 fines, to be charged to Tenant's credit card.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Bend Riverside Rentals manages more than 40 privately owned riverfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
