Description:
Alpine 4 is a split-level home with 1 Upstairs Primary and 3 Downstairs Bedrooms (One with En Suite). The original garage has been converted into one of the bedrooms with 2 bunks, couches, and a Smart TV for a great hangout room.
Upstairs: Kitchen, Living area, Dining, Family Area/Den, Primary Bedroom, Deck with Hot Tub
Kitchen:
Fully equipped with updated appliances, this U-shaped kitchen with tile counters features plenty of natural light coming in from over the sink. A new stove top will be installed in Spring 2025. There are 3 stools at the breakfast counter.
Dining:
The dining area is between the Kitchen and Living area, with seating for 8. A folding table hides in the family room to expand seating. There is space for it in the Office behind the dining
Living:
Right up front upstairs is the more classic Living area with a fireplace and comfortable seating. Drinks and conversation are enjoyed under the light of the many large windows.
Family Area:
The family area/den is accessible from the Dining and Office areas. It has couches, board games, and a Smart TV, perfect for taking a break after a hard day of exploring.
Upstairs Primary Bedroom:
The Upstairs Primary Bedroom with En Suite houses a King bed and has deck access. The En Suite provides a double vanity, private water closet, and tiled shower.
The Upstairs Deck:
Off the Primary and the Office area is the deck with Hot Tub, Dining bench and gas BBQ. Soak up the Sun in the summer or let the snow fall on you while soaking in the winter.
Downstairs: 3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, Laundry, Garage
Bunk Room:
The first bedroom, left off the stairs, is the converted garage with 2 Bunk Beds, Couches, a Smart TV, and a deck area.
Bedroom 2:
The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a TV
Hall Bath:
Between the Bedroom 2 and 3 is the Downstairs Hall Bath, a Full bath with shower.
Bedroom 3:
The third bedroom downstairs is a Primary with En Suite. It features a King bed, TV, and a Shower/Tub combo in the En Suite.
Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 10 RPP Cards (Recreation Plus Passes). RPP Cards Include access to SHARC pools, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf. *The Sunriver Homeowners Association operates all RPP amenities and are subject to unforeseen closure or unavailability.
*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.
Pet Policy:
This home allows one dog per reservation stay. Pet fees are $20 per pet per night. Any pet brought without paid fees or extra pets can be cause for termination of stay and forfeiture of funds paid.
As a security measure for you and our owners, we will send you a Verification Request after you book a reservation via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.
Smoking Policy:
All Cascara Vacation properties do not permit smoking of any kind inside the vacation homes or condos. See our Terms and Conditions for the full Cascara and Sunriver No Smoking policies.
Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
