The Space:
This 4,054 sq. ft., 4 bedroom, 5 bath home located on the North end of Sunriver comes with amazing views of the Woodlands Golf Course. This home features a gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook meals, a large dining room table for the whole family to dine together with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The house also includes a reading nook, perfect for cozying up with a book, looking out at the Golf Course. The living room and reading nook both have new couches that are comfortable and perfect for cozying up with a book and glass of wine or watching the golfers go by.

For guests visiting us with an electric vehicle, there is an EV-compatible charging outlet (14/50 240v 40 amp) with a dedicated circuit available on site. EV Guests will need to bring their own charging cord and plug (and adaptor for Teslas).

Inside 30 Red Cedar you will find vaulted ceilings, a pool table, lots of space to gather, and each room comes with its own bathroom! Located on the main level is the main master bedroom with a king bed. Also on the main level has a queen room and a room with two twin beds. The twin beds have new mattresses that were purchased in 2023.

Head upstairs and you will find the second master bedroom with a king bed, and a large bathroom with soaking jacuzzi tub, shower and toilet.

Additionally upstairs is the loft. The loft includes two twin trundle day beds, with new mattresses and an additional tv seating area, perfect for the kids to play games. Sleeping up to 4.

Enjoy the 35 miles of paved bike trails with the 4 bikes included in this rental. Venture off to explore Sunriver and beyond! Afterword's, head home for a BBQ on the back patio watching the sunset with the family! Finally wind down from your busy day in Sunriver, and sit back and relax in the private hot tub on the back patio, star gazing up at the sky. This home is located in a National Dark Sky Community. You will not be disappointed.
