Lovely 3rd-floor Condo with a private balcony overlooking the Deschutes River, great access to all the amenities of Bend whether they are in the great outdoors or Downtown Bend! You will love the location of this condo, with quick access to HWY 97, Mt. Bachelor, and easy walking distance to all the fun on Wall and Bond St. You will find all that you need here at Riverside Condo; we can't wait for you to visit!

The Space:
**Riverside Condo is on the 3rd floor, there is NO elevator- so travel light.** 

Welcome to Your Riverside Retreat!

This charming 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for up to four guests. With thoughtful amenities and a prime location along the Deschutes River, it’s ideal for relaxation and exploration.

Property Features:

Comfortable Living Spaces:
The bedroom features a king-size bed, a desk for your laptop, and a vanity to help you get ready for your day. The master bathroom offers a spacious standing shower and plenty of storage for toiletries. In the living room, you’ll find a cozy gas fireplace, a TV, a reclining chair, and a queen-size Murphy bed for additional guests.

Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The full kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, from a full-size fridge and electric stove to a built-in microwave and dishwasher. It’s stocked with essentials, including spices, so you can cook and enjoy your meals right by the river.

Private Balcony:
Step through the sliding glass door to the private balcony overlooking the scenic Deschutes River. It’s the perfect spot to relax and take in the view.

Prime Location:
Located next to Pioneer Park, the condo offers easy access to riverfront walking trails leading to some of Bend’s best eateries and local shops. Enjoy the nearby paths and the convenience of being just a short walk or drive from the heart of the city.

This riverside condo is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty for your stay in Bend!

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the entire condo and the laundry facility in a separate building. The pool and hot tub are accessed by key card.

Relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of life by taking a stroll, falling asleep reading a book, or visiting the breathtaking Cascade Lakes only 25 minutes away. It was good!

Our stay was wonderful, thanks. Such a convenient location. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the walk-in shower but I will say the shower head could be replaced. It was great to have two bathrooms for the two of us. The bed was comfortable although new pillows would be good. We probably won't rent that property again because of the two flights of stairs but they were really only an issue when we were bringing in our suitcases. But since we're in our 70s, next year that might be more of an issue.

This property is close to downtown Bend. The only down side was the 2 flights of stairs to get to our rental. Good thing we packed light!

Cute but moldy

Unfortunately, every nice thing that I could say about this property is overshadowed by the smell. When you walk in, there is an overwhelming smell of mold. We tried to mitigate it by keeping the door to the porch open, but with cold weather or, in our case, smoke, it was not always possible. The property manager offered to drop off Febreze, but that was it. Very disappointing.

Wonderful

Great place to stay. Clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the view and the ability to walk to everything and easy access to the main hwy. The second bathroom was really nice to have and air conditioning. Hosts were very communicative.

This lovely property was perfect for exploring Bend and the surrounding area We enjoyed the balcony and view in the mornings and appreciated the spacious comfortable interior in the evening Though we had no issues and didn't contact the manager, check in and directions were easy and accurate We would happily stay in this property again!

Visiting Bend for the first time

The condo was perfect for my sister & myself. It was so close to everything, walking distance to all of the restaurants and stores. The balcony was lovey, it overlooked the damn on the Deschutes River! We would stay here again!

Great location and just what we needed

Really grateful we found this spot for a family gathering. Having a view was so wonderful and it was a great amount of space with nearly everything we needed. Property managers should DEFINITELY replace the bed, many many injuries rounding the corners as others mentioned, but besides that it was all just great for our family of four. Relatives staying at hotels nearby for a higher price were very envious of our spot!!!!

Great location In Bend

The property worked, Very clean and had everything that was needed. The complex is a bit old and tired and the dam is a little noisy but you can't beat the location - walking distance to everything and the condo was very comfortable.

Excellent view and location.

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable place. Everything as the description and pictures are. My wife and I loved our stay and would highly recommend. This unit in .5 mile to downtown and 2 miles to old mill district.

Five stars for all but one thing

This place was in the perfect location, only a half mile to downtown and close to parks and the river. The view from the patio was spectacular. The room looked newly renovated. Not even a mark on a wall anywhere. It was squeaky clean. A very large and comfortable space with a nice and very usable kitchen. The wi-fi worked great for me, even better than at home. The one problem I had was the bed in the bedroom (although very comfy). The wooden footboard was about 12" tall. It was not flush with the mattress and box spring and stuck out. Because the space was narrow from the bed to the wall you had to walk close to the bed to get into bed or out to the room or the bathroom so it was hard to avoid this wooden footboard that was sticking out. I stubbed my toes on it numerous times. I then hit my left leg on it and ended up with a scratch, bruised and swollen left leg. But even worse, after that, I got up one morning half asleep and ran into it hard with my right leg. My leg is still quite swollen and painful even after two days. This is dangerous and should be fixed. Other than that, an awesome place to stay.

Good Location, Nice View, WiFi didn't work, Smart TVs not smart

The apartment is in a good location for access to downtown Bend. The view of the river was really nice. The bed was comfortable, and the neighbors were quiet. However, the guest WiFi was weak and would not connect to the internet. Neither of the TV's were WiFi enabled, so couldn't connect to streaming services. Also be aware, this is a 3rd floor walk up, there is no elevator.
