"We booked this room for basically a few hours sleep before we left for the airport. It was fine but not conducive to maybe a longer stay for 4 people. The “living room” is in the kitchen and not comfortable. But it was fine for the purpose we needed it for. Location was also ok for us as it was convenient to get to the airport, but it’s not convenient if you want to easily explore Lisbon on foot."

"Haus Abel is a beautiful house on a good location near great restaurants. It is full of tasteful decor and beautiful art. The host responded very quickly to questions we had. Would definitely stay again!"

"Absolutely amazing property! Beautiful walks, lovely interior and lots to do. Swam in the pool and played in the game room: the best relaxing vacation in a long time. We also brought our dog who loved the freedom and being able to explore a vineyard and the property. Perfect and we are already talking about returning."

"Everything was great, the place just needs one thing Air-conditioned if it had Air-conditioned it will be 5 starts, also could do with a proper BBQ. Overall a good stay."

"It was very charming and very clean, great recycling/garbage instructions, and the owner communicates quickly. Getting into the place requires an app. Great amount of dishes and cookware, but no barbeque grill. There are 3 bedrooms, however, one is a kids’ bedroom with two single beds laid out on concrete floor which made it difficult for adults. If you have kids, this would not be an issue. "Inside house was clean and neat. Pool was unusable due to problems with leakage. Grounds needed work - weeds, flower beds dried out. Kitchen needed decent fry pan, sharp knives, toaster. Does not have ac but luckily didnt need it."
