"Fabulous location, spectacular views and quiet."

"This was our first time renting a house for our holiday, and it’s not the last time. We were 9 people traveling together- 5 adults and 4 kids (3,7,13,16). We rented a car, which gave us a lot of freedom to see more than just the area, and it was nice when we went shopping. The beautiful house is on the top of the hill, with a fantastic view, and all you can need for a holiday. Even with a baby trolley it was fine to walk down to the Main Street with small shops and really nice restaurants....

"We stayed 9-23rd August in this amazing house. The owner was so good to us and the handover agent Sharon was amazing as there is a lot to this wonderful home. The area it is in is stunning. You do need a car as it is a distance from amenities, however, Taxi and Uber services are plentiful. The house is very comfortable and there were things like washing powder, dishwasher tablets, condiments and so much more there. You were asked to replace anything that ran out but great to have this. "We had an amazing stay at this home in Marbella. We are a large group (basically 6 adults and 2 toddlers) but never felt cramped whatsoever. The home is modern and beautiful with 4 bedrooms each with an en suite, though there was no additional bathroom in the home. The kitchen is modern and well appointed. The pool and fully air conditioned villa provided welcome respite from the August heat when needed and the patio furniture enabled family card games and al fresco dining in the early evening. It had everything we needed, with amazing views and proximity to the beach!We loved Old Estepona accessible by a lovely long walk along the beach path or short uber/taxi ride. At the end of a day of sightseeing or long lunches it was nice to come back to such a wonderful relaxed environment.It was very family friendly, especially in the warmer months when you can sit outside and enjoy the views. "A very impressive and well appointed villa with private pool with easy vehicle access and only a short walk to beaches and the local marina. A great base to access the many golf courses in this area. Very obliging and courteous hostess."

"There were a lot of issues with the house. Thermostat was not working in one of the bedrooms, not fixed during the entire stay, broken furniture in the master, bedding is very cheap - probably the cheapest option from the nearby supermarket, not something you expect in 50K/month rental. We had a boxspring skirt used as a "fitted sheet" in the master. Small pillows in the master and only 1 pillow per guest was provided. No towels in the house - we were only given 1 towel per person. No toilet...
