* A £200 refundable security deposit may be required, collected securely via 3rd Party or Airbnb Resolution Centre and refunded after inspection, provided house rules are followed
* Alternatively, guests may opt for a £53.50 non-refundable damage waiver instead of the deposit
* Always lock the property when leaving
* Do not tamper with smoke alarms or safety devices
* The property must only be used for lawful purposes
* Strictly no firearms, fireworks, explosives, or hazardous materials allowed
* Any illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund
