"Tydeligt at gulvet ikke var blevet støvsuget. Boede på anden sal, og ganggulvet var meget ujævnt og knagede rigtig meget. Tydeligt at høre det i værelset. "

"Pænt hotel i gåafstand til seværdigheder. Værelset var pænt og rummeligt og indeholdt det, vi havde brug for. Morgenmaden var også god."

"The room I ordered was a double room with a double bed. The room I got was a double room with a double bed + one extra bed, which was quite big. This meant that there was almost no extra floor space. Very disappointing. The door lock was almost out of battery, which meant that I had to go down to the reception numerous times to have it fixed. They did not fix it first time... just very irritating. When the manager finally pulled himself together and showed up, it was in a very demonstrative manner as if "Do you see I am fixing it for you now?", as if he was doing me some special favour. I give it two stars. One for the very kind and always helpful cleaning staff and another for the breakfast. That hotel really needs new management. The staff is uneducated and uninspired."
