"Lækkert værelse med spa med god beliggenhed, men besværlig adgang til værelse. Hele fire kodede døre skulle vi igennem. Ingen elevator til 3. sal. Samme lidt kedelige morgenmad (lille udvalg af ordentlig mad, der var mest kage) i et rum med dårlig akustik. Reception lukker kl. 19. Stor mangel var, at der ikke var en lounge eller andet fællesrum, ej heller bar eller lignende. Byen er stor og beskidt, med mange tiggere, men med masser af shopping og lækre restauranter. "

"Overall ok for what we paid, but would have been very disappointed if we had paid full price/peak season rates. We booked a last minute off season deal and probably got the worst room in the hotel. We had a window in the room, but it opened up to a wall and it was situated next to the hotel ventilation, so a constant noise when the window was open. It felt/smelt a bit like you were in a basement room. Bed/pillow was so so. Breakfast was good for Italian standards, served at the 4th floor, so it was a really nice view. "

"Perfect stay in Taormina! Absolutely amazing service from the staff. They found out it was my birthday and brought me a birthday cake for breakfast- so sweet of them! The rest of the breakfast was the best I have had in all of Italy/anywhere. It’s a very central location, close to all the restaurants and sights. We parked at the bottom at one of the main parking lots, so it’s a bit of a climb to the hotel, but it’s also possible to park there (subject to availability). "

"All in all a good stay. Bathroom floor was very dirty in the corners and the balcony was covered in dirt. Room was full of damages and scratches. Refrigerator turns off when the room is left. I feel like there was a lot of information not given about the pool, pool towels, beach access etc."
