"The 12 South neighborhood is a vibrant, fun area that's within walking distance to Belmont University. The Gilmore is beautiful and fits right in. Everything is nice quality and the staff was wonderful."

"It was very nice. It so great to have a pool but the parking structure covers 90% of the pool so it’s cold and the sun doesn’t reach around to lay out until 12:30pm. The breakfast was amazing. Rooms were perfect and come with everything you could need. The Mall is in walking distance with a ton of restaurant choices. Also a sports bar at the Mall called sports and social for those needing to get in some sports."

"The hotel was very quiet and had a nice pool for my 6-year-old grandson. It was 3-4 feet, so it was perfect for him. We appreciated the friendly staff, the ease of checking in and out, as well as the covered parking garage."

"I wasn’t a fan of sharing the parking area with an apartment complex, and the associated charge to go with it. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and my room had a fantastic view. Dining room was a little pricey, but excellent cuisine. I may not be able to stay in great places often, so I did appreciate the great room"

"The apartment was in a great location, close to lots of great restaurants in a really walkable area. It was plenty of room for our family of 5. It was really nice to have two bathrooms also. The gym and outdoor spaces were a really nice bonus as well. "

"We visited Nashville mostly to go to the Coldplay concert at Nissan Stadium. The Motif Hotel was a perfect location from that area. It is close to resteraunts and shops. The room was a two bedroom two bathroom and it was fabulous!! The bedrooms are spacious, extremely comfortable beds! Made it hard to wake up in the mornings! The bathrooms were beautiful and big! The kitchen was perfect. We only made breakfast here. There were 3 Tvs in the whole room! Thank goodness for the washer and dryers!...

The room was a two bedroom two bathroom and it was fabulous!! The bedrooms are spacious, extremely comfortable beds! Made it hard to wake up in the mornings! The bathrooms were beautiful and big! The kitchen was perfect. We only made breakfast here. There were 3 Tvs in the whole room! Thank goodness for the washer and dryers!...

Hotel Fraye was very clean and the King Bed Suite was the room of choice for me, and it was amazing comfortable bed and pretty view w/floor to ceiling windows. I would definitely stay here again in the future if I wanted to stay nearby downtown Nashville! "

We liked the location because it was away from lower Broadway but close enough (20 minutes) to walk it. The hotel was quiet enough, and the beds were comfortable. The room was well appointed. The only thing that you need to know is that the pool (which we didn't use) gets packed on the weekends because non-guests can pay to use it. The frustrating part is that you pay a resort fee...
