"The property is beautifully designed with its gardens and trails throughout. Our casita was nice and spacious. Cleanliness is definitely an issue around the property. People just dump their garbage everywhere along the beach, very sad. The beaches were gorgeous otherwise but it's good to know that the water, despite its serene color on pictures is quite murkey and there's nothing to see if you like snorkeling. "Kaitlynn - the property manager - was exceptional in every way, with prompt answers to questions before and during our stay. We stayed in 2 different units during our 2 week vacation, both were excellent, with a wonderful balcony overlooking the ocean. With the ocean breezes, we rarely used the AC, instead leaving the windows open. The location was perfect for us, we walked everywhere, never rented a golf cart. For a moderately priced condo rental, this was a great value."

"The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Well stocked on amenities. The only issue is that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. It is about 1hr away from secret beach on a golf cart. Downtown is about a 25min drive. Cecelia was very helpful and we felt very safe and well taken cared of. We will definitely come back. "

"Rosie the Office Manager was very helpful with changing our time for the water taxi. Ashanti the bartender made the best dirty banana I have ever enjoyed. Paulina our housekeeper did an excellent job in maintaining the order and cleanness of our room. Mike the maintenance man educated us on the culture of the people of Ambergris Caye and recommended the best restaurants on the island. "

"Had a last minute trip and found the Easy inn to have space. Not much to look at from outside, but drive into the secure parking lot and things get much better. The staff was friendly, efficient and pointed us in right direction for food. Room are just what one needs, while not pillow topped, my mattress was perfect. AC cranked and the shower was just what was needed after traveling. nosure what else is needed."

"We were hard pressed for choice, but really happy we ended at The Palms. Very nice staff, clean pool and even a small and clean gym. Only minor issue were some glass shards that house keeping had overlooked - it was taken care of promptly when we pointed it out. Water pressure on the third floor is not impressive and the beds are memory foam, which is a matter of preference. A/C was super efficient and the selection in the minibar very good. Limited choice of restaurants nearby, but for a stay of two nights it was perfect! Would recommend to a friend and come back if we are ever in town again. "
