"Loved the location, such an amazing place in the most convenient area right across from the beach. I could not of been happier with my stay in this little guest house. Everyone in the area was friendly and helpful as well, I have to note that I appreciated the cleanliness of the linen and the amount given it made a huge difference. The guesthouse is 3 min walk from the main road, The Split is less than 10 min walk I felt no need to rent a golf cart staying in this location. "

"Very clean. Carmen the manager was great and so we're all the staff. Right on the main street and all the restaurants, about 150yd from the beach, 100yds from the beach sidewalk. If you have 2 good legs you don't need transportation to access everything in town. Fairly quiet."

"Joan and her family were very pleasant hosts. They provided great info and recommendations to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Although there was an issue with the refrigerator, Joan did have some cute decorations and treated us for breakfast for our anniversary which is super sweet. "This location was better than expected. The location was perfect and the facilities were superb. We really enjoyed being able to rent the bikes to explore Caye Caulker. Also, the onsite laundry service insured we went home looking and smelling suave. We would definitely recommend Palmetto Garden."

"Vey friendly staff. Great that their own restaurant is top tier. We ate breakfast there every day, and also dinner there other days. They also have a washing machine, a super good pool and kitchen if you feel like cooking. They also have a great deal with golfcarts and discount at one of the diving tour shops. Loved our stay here. Rented a private room with 2 beds, as a couple. Worth it! "

"We were hard pressed for choice, but really happy we ended at The Palms. Very nice staff, clean pool and even a small and clean gym. Only minor issue were some glass shards that house keeping had overlooked - it was taken care of promptly when we pointed it out. Water pressure on the third floor is not impressive and the beds are memory foam, which is a matter of preference. A/C was super efficient and the selection in the minibar very good. Limited choice of restaurants nearby, but for a stay of two nights it was perfect! Would recommend to a friend and come back if we are ever in town again. "
