"We loved it! Lulled to sleep by the sounds of the sea below and around us! Henry and Isis and Daniel were sooo attentive to our every need and whim! The food was great at Chat n Chill, so we didn’t go anywhere else while there except to venture north to swim and beachcomb. Lovely stay!"

"We enjoyed the property. The bed was comfortable. The pool was nice and the dock and water so peaceful. We used the bikes to get to the southern island and to explore the northern island. We stayed just 3 days and were active on the water, with the bikes or in the village all day and crashing at night so the setting was good for us. "This was our 3rd time staying in the Dock House at the Chat and Chill. What can I say? It’s been so lovely we have come 3 times, 3 years in a row. "We have stayed here twice now. The location is great for families with kids. The cottages are in a quiet yet convenient part of the island. The pool is a favorite of our grandkids. We had everything we needed to enjoy Caye Caulker. The kitchen was well appointed but the street food is so delish and reasonably priced who needs to cook? We will be back in the future."

"We stayed here for the final days of our vacation in Belize. The hosts were kind and left some cold belekins in the fridge waiting for us. We had a very peaceful stay, being able to unwind on the hammocks after a day of enjoying the local spots was a great touch to the end of the night. "

"We were hard pressed for choice, but really happy we ended at The Palms. Very nice staff, clean pool and even a small and clean gym. Only minor issue were some glass shards that house keeping had overlooked - it was taken care of promptly when we pointed it out. Water pressure on the third floor is not impressive and the beds are memory foam, which is a matter of preference. A/C was super efficient and the selection in the minibar very good. Limited choice of restaurants nearby, but for a stay of two nights it was perfect! Would recommend to a friend and come back if we are ever in town again. "
