"Excellent place to relax and unwind. Sitting on the beach or taking the kayak out, all the sunshine you would want. The entire facility is clean and the house is modern. The "Placencia Sidewalk" begins at the beach house, so it was an easy stroll in to town for lunch and dinner. The host was excellent to communicate with and answer questions."

"Our stay at the Dock House was definitely more GLAMPing than camping. We had a great breeze which allowed for us to sleep with the windows open and no mosquito net needed. The bed was the most comfortable bed we have experienced in Belize. (We have been traveling to Belize for years and typically stay in places under $200/night). We had breakfast both mornings and really enjoyed it! Very peaceful 2 days up north. 10/10 recommend!"

"The room was clean and had many of the basics. The property description is a little misleading as there is no beach on the property. There is a seawall and an amazing pier, but do not expect a beach or a good place to swim. The water is very murky and full of sargassum, and unfortunately a fair amount of trash. "Jeg synes prisen for resorten var rimelig sammenholdt med de faciliteter der var. Jeg syntes, restauranten var for dyr i forhold til, hvad man fik. Jeg gav 63 belize dollar for en morgenmad bestående af frugt med yougurt, kaffe og juice af sure appelsiner. Så meget tager de ikke engang for en buffet andre steder. "We were hard pressed for choice, but really happy we ended at The Palms. Very nice staff, clean pool and even a small and clean gym. Only minor issue were some glass shards that house keeping had overlooked - it was taken care of promptly when we pointed it out. Water pressure on the third floor is not impressive and the beds are memory foam, which is a matter of preference. A/C was super efficient and the selection in the minibar very good. Limited choice of restaurants nearby, but for a stay of two nights it was perfect! Would recommend to a friend and come back if we are ever in town again. "
