I believe we were the only 2 on site as it was off season she still made us bkft the next day. Oh she also arranged dinner bring brought to us. Jus make sure you take you mosquito spray."

"This was our second time staying at Caribbean Shores. It's clean, comfortable, and the setting is very relaxing. The hot water wasn't working properly in our shower, but it was at least warmer than the solar showers where we stayed prior. Everything is relative. :). This property is a little ways out of Hopkins Village proper, but there are restaurants in short walking distance. It's also not on the beach, but we weren't looking for that since we liked the location for access to...

"Our stay at Jovilee Hotel was exactly what we needed. The hotel is nice, safe and clean and has self parking on site. There is no restaurant in this hotel but there is an excellent chinese restaurant across the street and they deliver to your hotel room. The location was good and the staff was friendly and helpful at all times. We recommend the Jovilee Hotel and will stay there again when we return to Belice."

"We traveled in April (couple). The owners are AMAZING! Susie and Mike are very nice and helpful, they will chat with you, or also just leave you be, which is nice. They provide breakfast and the food is probably just about the best food we had on our vacation. The room was clean, and if we needed anything all we had to do was ask. I can't wait to go back and stay again. Definitely recommend to EVERYONE!"

"The staff was wonderful - lots of great recs for dining & things to do. We didn't explore much of Belize City, but we got great info for the time we were there. Everyone says the city isn't safe - but honestly, be smart and don't do dumb things like flash cash, and you'll be fine :)"

"A unique property in a unique location. The owners and managers really made the stay, from the check-in process to the welcome upon arrival, thoughtful touches such as a homemade breakfast, personalized recommendations about the area, & supplying incense coils at night so we could watch the sunset from our private porch. If you avoid mega-resorts, gravitate toward eco-friendly properties, and appreciate a personal, family-owned vibe, this may be for you!"

"Beck's Bed & Breakfast is a sweet jewel of a place in a remote region of the Crooked Tree Wildlife Refuge (a birder's paradise). Robert and Becky are warm, incredibly knowledgable hosts and provide a respite from the hustle and bustle of vacation stress and more tourist dense areas. If you love birds and plants and two sweet dogs you will love staying here. They had Christmas decorations galore so we didn't miss out on the Christmas spirit. We wish we could have stayed longer. Location excellent at oceans edge, walking distance to golf cart rental, quite a few restaurants on beach and 2 doors down Beaches and Dreams scheduled tours and rides needed (Shuttles for our group of 10) Daily housekeeping including clean beach towels, laundry facilities, copious utensils and dishes, fans/ac, locked safe,...

"Warrie Head was a wonderful surprise. The grounds are beautiful and swimming in the river is so much fun. The food is great and the rooms clean and well kept. But the hosts Debbie and Blair really make the difference. I felt like a guest in their home and can't wait to go back and visit with them. They'd always ask if I needed anything and point out the toucans, parrots, and howler monkeys. Hummingbirds were all over the flowers and feeders. The restaurant is open air and the food is...

The Palms Belize

10/10 Fremragende

"We were hard pressed for choice, but really happy we ended at The Palms. Very nice staff, clean pool and even a small and clean gym. Only minor issue were some glass shards that house keeping had overlooked - it was taken care of promptly when we pointed it out. Water pressure on the third floor is not impressive and the beds are memory foam, which is a matter of preference. A/C was super efficient and the selection in the minibar very good. Limited choice of restaurants nearby, but for a stay of two nights it was perfect! Would recommend to a friend and come back if we are ever in town again. "
