Breakfast was okay but not what we are used to. No eggs, just cereal, bread and fruit.

We offer a free continental breakfast but we do sell breakfast vouchers to a cafe nearby for 10.00 that can be purchased at the reception for a cooked breakfast. Absolutely loved our short stay! Couldn't believe what great value it was, and the room was plenty big enough for the 2 of us, the Queen sized option wouldn't have been necessary. It was very clean, extremely quiet and comfortable, with a nice relaxing ambience, modern and laid back, and a great view of the square outside with trees and architecture. It was right in the middle of town and also next to a Spar. Staff were professional and friendly. Free basic breakfast was provided with an automatic coffee machine and morning tv, which felt very homely. Only thing to mention was that the parking was a little anxiety-inducing, as the hotel seemed to be surrounded by countless car parks, and the staff were unsure about which one had been recommended on their website- this could have been made clearer because there were big differences in prices. The car park we used was Euro Car Parks - North Street, Belfast - the parking can be booked and renewed on ECPparkbuddy.com very cheap, but this one company do have three car parks in the area, so you have to make sure you're buying parking for the right one. Parking overnight was free, but you couldn't buy it for the next day on the machine, meaning you'd have to wake up at 5am to renew it- so just use the website. Will definitely return one day! Situated right beside The Cathedral Quarter in Belfast, this hotel is in the perfect place. Clean, cosy and quiet - what's not to like? One tiny observation and it is not a complaint. When leaving your room, the door has to be physically locked. It does not do it automatically. Just turn the key and it is done. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Stayed 4 nights. Decent location to city center. Area outside dirty and homeless folks right outside the entrance…not pleasant or safe. Decent complementary breakfast. Room space just like a university dormitory so quite pricey for the overall accommodation. Will not stay again.

Hello Risela, we totally take on board your comments. Unfortunately, due to our location in the city centre, the use of the area by the public is out of our control. All we can do is assure our guests that the property is very safe and secure at all times. If you decide to return to Belfast we would recommend staying at one our sister properties just outside the city centre, Gregory or Number 11, which have a wider variety of room sizes.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, and we found the levels of service wonderful, and the hotel was clearly well cared for. However, please do be aware that the beds used are small doubles (4ft/120cm wide). Whilst yes, these are validly described as Queensize, they might be a tight fit for some couples who are used to the more common definition of Queen these days.

J'ai mis 4 étoiles en grande partie pour le rapport qualité/prix, ce n’est pas cher. Les plus : bien situé, accès facile, petit déjeuner continental honnête. Les moins : humidité dans la salle de bain, température des chambres trop élevée sans beaucoup d'options pour la baisser, il y a un ventilateur, mais pas totalement suffisant. Mais bon, sérieux le prix est vraiment raisonnable malgré tout.

Great location next to the cathedral, and friendly staff. Everything was very straightforward. Only downsides were the pillows (very hard) and the breakfast scenario was a bit odd, as you clean your own dishes and have a small range of food.

El alojamiento está muy bien situado, en medio del barrio de la catedral con lo que llegas caminando a todas partes y hay muchos lugares de interes alrededor, así como un supermercado que te salva de apuros justo al lado. Está todo muy limpio pero las habitaciones no están bien insonorizadas con lo que se oye todo, así que tapones para dormir y listo. El baño enorme y con buena presión de agua, las toallas, el gel, te dan de todo y sin pedirlo, todo limpio y en orden. El desayuno es en cada piso y es sencillo pero con todo lo que necesitas, incluso hay fruta, está muy bien y si vuelvo a Belfast repetiría sin dudarlo.

Nice and easy stay. Very convenient. However the floor in the hotel was room was quite dirty, in the bathroom too.

Hyvä sijainti
Kiva hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Huone aika pieni ja parisänky vain 120 cm leveä. Aamiainen oli järjestetty jokaisen kerroksen aamiaishuoneeseen ja ihan riittävä mannermainen aamiainen. Kerrokset vähän sokkeloiset kun palo-ovia oli joka suuntaan. Kadunpuoleisiin huoneisiin kuului kadulta meteli. Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä ja ensimmäisessä kerroksessa mukava takapiha terassi. Hotellin vieressä pieni kauppa josta sai päiväsaikaan myös lämmintä ruokaa.

Very loud
The room was very clean which was great only thing I can fault is that you can hear everything outside the room and there was a loud banging noise right above us all night we didn’t really get much sleep we stay on the third floor. For the price we paid it was worth it though good clean room free breakfast and comfy bed :)

We have someone at reception from 9am to 9 pm and we also have a 24 hour contact number for any issues. If you would have reported any noise issues during your stay we could have dealt with them immediately, unfortunately nothing was reported and therefore we could not assist you. Dear Guest, Check out with us is 11am. This is made clear on the welcome sheet in your room. At 11:15 housekeeping called to your room to see if there was any issues as you had not yet checked out and you were not on the premises . You arrived back at our property at 12:20pm after many failed attempts of contact by the receptionist, and then eventually checked out at 12:40pm. At this time a late check out fee incurs. As you refused to pay this charge which is our company's policy and after taken into consideration the attitude and behaviour you showed towards the receptionist, we felt it only necessary to refuse the use of our complimentary luggage storage services.
