The Space:

Please note, we have multiple apartments at this location with different set-ups and different facilities so you must click through to the individual room type and ensure you're reading the specific amenities to ensure they meet your requirements. The building is a large residential complex right in the industrial heart of the city. You'll retrieve your key from a lockbox outside the building. Please note, although lifts are present in the building these are not operational. While we manage a handful of apartments within it, we do not own or manage the building itself or have any control over the communal areas or the entrance. Please do be mindful of this when arriving!

Located within a quiet, residential building, you're only a stone's throw from City Hall and ready to experience all the city has to offer. Our homely, spacious apartments are the perfect spot to relax and we have a variety of apartment types to choose from.



Interaction with Guests:

We're a really small team and work hard to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests. You'll receive clear arrival instructions the day prior and a helpful Guidebook to assist you with anything you might need. We are also on hand every day of the week from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and are always happy to chat and answer any questions you might have!
