"What a great property to stay at! Brooke was so friendly and easy to communicate with. Being able to bring my two dogs was so nice. The neighborhood was perfect for our daily walks. The house was lovely and just as described/pictured in the listing, and bonus was it was close to downtown Grand Rapids where my son’s wedding rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and wedding were. So convenient for going back and forth. Loved the stay and would gladly stay here again if I am ever back in Grand Rapids."

"This was my first VRBO. I had a few accommodations for my family to meet in order to make this adventure successful. Three grandsons and 1 son are on the autism spectrum and 1 son that has high social anxiety. The fireworks on the lake were phenomenal and gave some the chance to watch from inside the home due to sensory overload. "We stayed here during a recent trip to Grand Rapids and unfortunately left disappointed. The property had several issues with cleanliness — there was an unpleasant smell, the floor vents and spaces under furniture were dirty, and dust had built up behind the drapes. Towels were scarce, there were no mattress covers, and the kitchen had a random hodge-podge of items that made cooking difficult.
