Træhuse i Belas

"Le personnel est très accueillant, les installations sont très agréables et les plages sont magnifiques, bien qu'un peu sales, surtout en semaine quand il y a moins de touristes, car elles sont nettoyées le week-end. La connexion internet fonctionne très bien et l'endroit vaut vraiment le détour ; c'est très paisible et agréable. Le seul bémol, c'est le choix assez limité de plats à la carte. Il est donc conseillé d'apporter de quoi cuisiner et préparer ses repas dans sa chambre, car il n'y a...

"Improvement is required in staff English and customer service. as I consider this to be an international business hotel."

"Good"

"Quartos do hotel limpos, excelente atendimento dos funcionários."

"Excellent staff but the hotel wanst with a good location and the equipamenta like microwaveand fridge didnt work. Even, the breakfeast wasnt read"

"The hotel is located in the centre of Luanda, approximately one hour from the new airport (JNB). The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, food was tasty, and the amenities were ok. Overall, I would recommend considering this hotel for your next visit to Luanda."

"Great"

"Me encantó. Siempre limpió comida excelente"

This means that it is almost impossible to get back to the hotel by taxi (and being lost in a taxi that drives around for hours in Luanda,...

"Estadia excelente. Infelizmente a reserva não ofereceu o café da manhã."

After we raised our concerns, the hotel manager reached out personally, apologised for the inconveniences and the hotel staff then went above and beyond to ensure that the remainder of our stay was a pleasant one. Their attentiveness, willingness to listen and genuine efforts to turn things around did...

"It was convenient as close as you can get to the airport as there are no hotels yet at the new airport NBJ yet. You can order a hearty dinner. It was nice having a pool to enjoy too. The taxi that was arranged from the airport turned out to be a bit of a headache as he was in such a hurry with everything, it may just be easier to take a Yango or Bolt. Overall the guest house itself was great."
