There was no business lounge available in this hotel. Also there are no rooms with a nice view. Otherwise, the hotel is nice and clean and the staff are friendly.

I have been there multiple times and it has been very very nice, but the last time I was there, there was some issues with the hotel room that I got. I complained a lot, but they reacted after six days. It actually disappointed me. Thank you.

My favorite hotel in Lebanon. Have stayed there many times. The stay is always great, the staff amazing and the room super clean. One thing to improve sustainability is to lower the AC power in the public areas (it was freezing in the corridor of the 6th floor)

We had a very good stay in this hotel. Very nice staff, from Sara from the breakfast, to Sousan the Supervisor in the housekeeping. Nour and Ziko from the housekeeping were always verry helpful. In general all the staff is very helpful. Best breakfast restaurant. They are always there to refill ur juice glass or anything u need. The hotel is good located, we walked to the pigeon rocks etc.

Achei o hotel muito bom, mas fiquei muito mal impressionada com o check-in. Me foi oferecido upgrade de quarto mediante pagamento. Então, me lembrei que minha reserva oferecia upgrade gratuito. Nesse instante me foi dito que não havia disponibilidade p o upgrade. Como pode ter disponibilidade mediante pagamento e não ter gratuitamente (beneficio oferecido pelo proprio hotel, constando inclusive na confirmação da reserva). Achei MUITO feia a postura do hotel/funcionario. De resto foi tudo muito bem. Recomendo, mas queria deixar esse episodio registrado. Muito feio!
