"We were 5 women in our fifties away for our anual break together. We would like to thank Han for providing his lovely house-boat for our accomodation. The boat was full of charme with a lovely terrace overlooking the harbour and very central, and quite easy to find despite the roadworks. "This houseboat is located 1/2 a block from the metro station, so getting to Amsterdam Central is a short trip. There is a grocery store three blocks south. The rental bikes are located across the bridge, a short five minute walk. We rented them for the stay and it was really enjoyable to bike around the city, especially through Vodelpark! We tried the hot tub boat - a unique experience but it did take two hours to heat the water by wood fire, and given that it was early April it was chilly....

"What a treat to stay on this houseboat on the canal. The early mornings and evenings were especially calm and peaceful. It was definitely a great way to experience Amsterdam. In addition, the host was wonderful, it’s a short walk to public transit, plenty of places to eat nearby, or you may just decide to sit on the deck and watch the world go by. "

"Casper is a helpful host/owner. He had a great list of recommendations and showed us around the property when we arrived. The studio was nice and a great location to the train station. With a Vrbo, I expect to rent the whole place, just be aware that you’ll have a neighbor that you share a front door with and that the owner has an adjoining door they stays locked. "Amazing stay, everything was perfect. Robertino and Carl were outstanding hosts and couldn't have been more helpful. I would say that staying on a houseboat in Amsterdam is a once in a lifetime experience but we had such a great time that we definitely want to come back. If you're reading this review and considering this property, do it. You definitely wont regret it. "
