"Don't expect the Ritz, but for a "beach house" it's on point. As the listing states, it's right on the water (bay of the ocean). The tide does go way out for several hours a day leaving just sand, but many seem to like to walk out there especially with their dogs. Appliances could use replacing, but they worked just fine. The furniture wasn't the most comfortable, but you also didn't need to stress over the dog which I find more important. We didn't spend much time sitting in front of the tv...

"Great house...only comment is the driveway could be paved better...refrigerator needs an upgrade with ice maker and filtered water and kitchen needs a kurig. Otherwise we loved it."

"Home layout was tough to get a grasp of in the beginning. Beds were all uncomfortable. No information as to starting livingroom fireplace, sauna steam not working and no directions how to use the heat/ac units. Home could have used a better cleaning, webs with dead bugs in them in corners of some of the rooms. We made due with what we had for our weekend but may look elsewhere next time we visit."

"No TV when we got there. No wifi. No cereal bowls. No hot water for the majority of our stay. It was t exactly hot weather either so just shocking. Not once did anybody offer us extra toilet rolls or clean towel in the eleventh days we stayed there. My hair smelt of mould for the entire time."
