We had the most incredible time during our first-ever trip to Provincetown! Pia was an exceptional host; so incredibly communicative, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. Her home is beautiful, comfortable, and in the perfect location. We could not have asked for a better experience, and we are already counting down the days until we can come back. Highly recommend staying here!

Everything was wonderful, check in was easy, the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. No problems with wifi and it was great to have a parking space.

The available pet areas, cleanliness off the home were phenomenal. This is highly recommended host (Pia) Hope to get back very soon.

Our 2022 PTown vaca

Location was perfect! Condo was a great size with the outside space. Needs renovations. Our dogs loved it. Quiet and peaceful.

Great location and newly renovated. Pro was lovely to work with. Laundry was in the basement behind a second lock box so didn’t utilize that service. Cooking was a dream on a new stovetop and oven. We made fabulous meals and was simple to use. Only a couple cleanliness issues. The bathroom off the kitchen smelled like cat urine and the small bedroom the sheets were dirty (it looked like someone had wiped snot/boogie on the corner of the sheet. I think it was an oversight maybe when they were washed? Lastly, it would have been nice to use a box of Kleenex (tissues). It is allergy season and we had to run to the bathroom to get toilet paper off the roll to wipe our nose. Super small things but y’all asked. We enjoyed our stay greatly. Close to all the excitement of Commercial Street.

Great home in PTown!

This home’s location can not be beat. It is close to great restaurants, shopping and also close to the pier for the Fast Ferry. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The beds were great. I loved that Pia allowed our dog to stay with us. It is a quiet area but also close to the water. We would definitely recommend the house to friends and stay there again.

A slice of paradise in a fun town. Clean, comfortable and accommodating!

Fabulous location- could not ask for better. This charming property is filled with character and just steps away from Commercial Street and all it has to offer. A plus is that we could take our Yorkie along with us. Kevin was very accommodating and answered our questions in a very timely manner. This is a special oasis in a great town!

Home was pristine with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Parking was steps from the entry with only a couple of steps up to a landing. WiFi was easy to log into. Use of the TV required use of our credentials for what we wanted to watch (Sunday football). The onsite laundry (washer / dryer) was most welcome but required going outside and down to a basement. The location was fantastic and close to restaurants and other activities we enjoyed. The host was very attentive and available for questions. We were extremely happy with the accommodations and would rent again for future trips to Provincetown,.

Disappointed

Great location. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were very nice, but the rest of the unit was old and outdated. The windows were so old that you had to use a wooden piece or rock to prop them open. One full bathroom is located off the kitchen, but there are no curtains in the kitchen so when you take a shower you need to wear a robe or be fully dressed when walking passed the windows. The grass in the fenced-in front yard had not been mowed in a very long time and was about 3 feet tall. Because of this I was not able to use it for my dogs. I was given stained towels, there was an ant issue when we arrived, the trash had not taken out, and the front screen door was broken. The AC split unit is located in the kitchen, but it did not cool down the living room. Overall I was very unhappy with this property especially for how expensive it was.

2 Vibes in One (Great and Not so Great)

Good spot, great location, BUT: 2 totally different vibes in One unit. What do I mean? The New/remodeled part - (kitchen & bathroom) WOW, gorgeous (!), but the Older part was dingy, not too clean, and very cluttered (things in drawers, dusty old drapes, cardboard boxes & random lamps and chairs in living room) - in fact the sofas were covered with blankets when we arrived - strange! The old part of the house did not look bright and clean like the photos. I totally get it that the owner may not be able to remodel the whole place at once, but the pictures seemed a bit misleading. With just a bit of spiffing up (and cleaning) on the old side, we would have felt much more comfortable. Although it was great to have 2 bathrooms, please be aware that one bathroom is off the kitchen (and needs window coverings, unless you are an exhibitionist, lol!), the other is off the living room. Not a problem, just know that you will be walking a few steps out of your bedroom to get to the bathroom in the night. Bedrooms are on the small side with no closets (and odly we found a few things in the drawers and a vape pen in the couch. Pia was nice and to be honest, I did not share these thoughts with her during our stay as we were busy speding most of our time outside Provincetown. Provincetown was not our vibe, we much preferred Nantucket- wish we would have stayed there instead. But if you want P-Town, Pias location is ideal, just steps from the main drag, and close to the water.

Host is a great communicator. Location is ideal for P’Town. Kitchen was clean, but a layer of dust on ceiling fan and TV console (where remotes were), and a dingy kitchen towel and uncomfy towels.

Nice property, good location

This is a nice older property, right in the heart of Provincetown. One of the bathrooms was recently renovated, but the rest of the place could use some updates. Otherwise, the unit was clean and well-stocked. The bed was very comfortable with high-quality sheets. Nice outdoor space and easy parking. Plus it's pet-friendly. Check-in was easy and the owner was very communicative. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Paradise in a great central location!

We have stayed at other VRBO locations in Provincetown, but this time we were traveling with friends, and needed larger accommodations. This property is centrally located, and for being close to Commercial Street, was quiet. The unit was large, and the private deck and patio off of the kitchen was used for morning coffee and refreshments after an active day on the Cape. We did make good use of the outdoor grill for a couple of our evening meals. The Kitchen was well stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The updated and larger of the bathrooms was a treat, not often experienced in Provincetown; the same holds true of the parking space with easy access to the unit. We only used the laundry once, so we could leave behind beach towels for other travelers, and were quite pleased to find a full-sized washer and dryer. Kevin was quick to respond to our inquires. We will be back in two years, and will definitely book this rental again!
