"Wonderful quiet stay, right on the beach. The neighbors were very friendly, and didn’t treat us like an outsider. Easy to make it down to Provincetown or back toward Boston. This was no big city noise stay….all you could hear were the waves, and the moonlit glow and stars. The house is super cute, with friendly amenities to make the stay better. Keep up being awesome!"

"Great place and I will go back. Gas heating unit wasn't working and had too cobble together heat from space heaters and oven. Also, my first time with this management group, long form emails from them and I didn't read the fine print that linens were not provided. When they found out they immediately ordered the linens for me. As I said love the cottage and will go in...in the off season after verifying that the gas heater is working."

The owner arranged for a bottle of wine to compensate for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. We were not able to use the pool due to maintenance & the beach near the cottage was a good distance to walk with cooler, umbrella, chairs, etc. We ended up driving to other beaches, which was fine. "A sweet little beach shack with an emphasis on little. Smallest of the Rosehill cottages. Looks out on the Corn Hill Beach parking lot with the dunes beyond, then the lovely beach. Great for off-season when the lot is mostly empty. Mattresses are too soft and the cottage hasn’t been updated in decades, but this is reflected in the price."

"This was a lovely well stocked house. We enjoyed the water views with our coffee in the morning out on the deck and from most every room in the house. You can’t find the house using GPS but the directions that were emailed from the property manager were good. We’ve been to the Cape many times but never stayed in Wellfleet before. It’s a cute town with some very good restaurants and the house is a short drive from Marconi beach. My adult children enjoyed putting together the jigsaw puzzles...

"This 2-bedroom cabin was a good option for a long weekend in Wellfleet with our 2 small children (5 and 2). The cabin was well equipped with what we needed for a short stay and was in a nice location along Route 6 to access restaurants, beaches and shops. We would stay here again."

"Nicely updated little house was a great fit for me and my dog. Did not use the separate guest room which is basically a bed with washer/dryer next to it. Kitchen is great with new fridge, range, floor, cabinets, etc. Bath room is also nicely updated (love the skylight) but it is small. "No TV when we got there. No wifi. No cereal bowls. No hot water for the majority of our stay. It was t exactly hot weather either so just shocking. Not once did anybody offer us extra toilet rolls or clean towel in the eleventh days we stayed there. My hair smelt of mould for the entire time."
