"Wonderful, pet friendly, comfortable, convenient. My third stay here, and it was delightful. The big front porch is a great place to hang out, and there is a direct access to the beach right across the street, with a little peek of the bay. PAAM and Angel Foods are right there, too. Food, art, ocean view--what more could you want?"

"This is a stunning condo, the view is outstanding-each morning, with the change in tides and light levels, it looks totally different. The location is perfect-amazing to be right in the centre of P'town, but still have a bay view. The unit is very well equipped, and spotlessly clean. Keith, the host, is very responsive and helpful, he's the perfect host. The only down side of our stay was having to leave. This is a gem of a property."

"Very neat and clean house in a wonderful cozy location and close to all restaurants, parks and the ocean. The house has everything you need for living away from home. My wife was especially pleased with the well equipped kitchen. The house can easily be rated for the 5 stars."

"The condo is on the top floor of a 3 story building right across from the water/beach. The view is spectacular. Great for 2 or 3 people. It was clean, well stocked and had great storage for a small space. Would definitely return."

"Loved this property for a WFH girls trip. Perfect space for 3 with two bedrooms (3 beds) and awesome to be able to walk right out onto the beach. Was really awesome to be on the ground floor, had coffee on the porch every morning and wine at the picnic table in the evening! Lots of seaweed on the beach but didn’t really bother us, spent lots of time sunbathing and going for quick swims. Shuttle stop to head into PTown right out the front door was perfect. Had to bring our own towels and sheets...

"Dog friendly and felt very safe ( surrounded by police and fire dept) close to downtown and grocery store. This condo was very clean. Fully stocked with all essentials including washer and dryer. Very quiet neighborhood and close to grocery store. Loved it and would stay again. "

"My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend in Provincetown. This was a fantastic place to stay that had everything you needed. Being able to walk onto the beach from the unit is a huge plus. The windows in the master really make you feel like you’re right on the beach. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We chose to come just before the summer season started. The mood was relaxed and friendly. Summer businesses were just opening, but there were no crowds. I loved looking out at the gentle waves coming in while enjoying my morning cup of tea and then many leisurely walks on the beach. The living room/dining room area is open and spacious. One wall is the sliding glass doors to the deck overlooking the sea. A wonderful view! Only two chairs on the deck. There are instructions about the heating...

"The place was very tidy, well-appointed, and centrally-located. New renovations really shined. The rooms are well laid out, and the kitchen was outfitted for nice meals. There is an induction stove and outside there was a great gas grill. Also, the outdoor eating area was very cozy, as the entire unit is set back from the street. two bedrooms upstairs were very comfortable, and the washer/dryer was brand new and of high quality. Would definitely recommend this place"

"No TV when we got there. No wifi. No cereal bowls. No hot water for the majority of our stay. It was t exactly hot weather either so just shocking. Not once did anybody offer us extra toilet rolls or clean towel in the eleventh days we stayed there. My hair smelt of mould for the entire time."
